Michael consistently worked with us through many obstacles we faced, both in the selling of our old house, as well as buying our new house. His references for reliable contractors proved to be just what we needed for unexpected repairs on our house we put up for sale. Michael was able to direct us to companies that worked with us to assure our house repairs would be of high quality and preformed on time for closing. He hired a photographer that took high quality pictures of our house. We were pleased to have multiple offers and went under contract in just one weeks time. We also appreciated him giving so generously of his time in showing us potential houses to buy! Whenever possible, he responded quickly and fit the showing into our hectic time schedules. The market was tough, and many houses we were interested were accepting multiple offers or didn't negotiate well in price. Michael was so prompt and patient through all our questions and hung in there with us. When we finally found our house, our bank sat on our paperwork for our loan and and claimed there would be no way we could close on our new house in a timely manner, Michael came to there rescue once again by providing an excellent connection to another home loan company. Amazingly, we were able to close the gap considerably between the selling of our home and buying of the new home to within a week! We are very thankful to have chosen Michael as our Realtor. We appreciate his hard work, integrity and encouragement through out this whole process! And if you're lucky enough, you just might get his dog, Barkly, to sit in with you on the closing of your house!
