Having Polly as our realtor was a real blessing to us throughout our nearly three-month home-buying journey. Between the initial tour of our prospective home near Claremore in early April and our closing in late June, we had to handle everything remotely as we dealt with the sale of our existing home and moving preparations in Minnesota. Polly was our eyes and ears on the ground, attending the home inspection, negotiating for replacement of the home’s roof and facilitating communications with the inspector, roofer, insurance agent, title company and sellers, among others. She kept us updated almost daily by phone, text and email on progress toward our home purchase, in addition to monitoring the status of our existing home sale in Minnesota. We got to know Polly well over the time she worked with us, and she has become not just our realtor, but our friend, who we will always welcome into our new home. Thanks, Polly!

Polly has showed me multiple homes over the years. I finally found my home this year! She assisted with negotiations between myself and the sellers realtor. She was able to find me multiple homes that met my criteria. She was also able to provide multiple recommendations for all the home inspections I needed and scheduled everything. There were even times when I couldn’t make it to an inspection and she stood in my place and asked the necessary questions. Would recommend!

In the past 20 years my family has moved 6 different times in 3 different states. In Tulsa alone, we have moved 3 times! To say that we have knowledge of good and bad realtors would be an understatement. We came to Polly with a list of "wishes" and she found the perfect home for our family, while also making sure to steer us away from money pits. When we put the offer on our home, Polly was an effective negotiator, and was able to guide us through inspections and repairs, while also making sure everything was happening on a timely schedule.
