Jodi is a professional. Her knowledge of the legal aspect’s are really crucial for any contract you sign. I’ve bought & sold 14 or more properties from her. Many contracts have had difficulties & she knows how to solve them or asks for help. You would think all realtors can do this but that’s not my experience. Her best quality is her honesty. She’ll steer you away from a bad deal. Making money for herself isn’t number one. I highly recommend her !
