My name is Shohreh Gardner and I have been blessed to be a successful full-time realtor in the Tulsa area for almost 20 years. This is important for you to know because unlike most professions, there are many part-time people and some who think it is easy and then quit when they discover the hard work involved. You must know who you are hiring.
A quality, full-time professional real estate agent wears many hats. I am truly a 24/7/365 worker. My hours of operation are when you need me to work for you. YOU are my employer. Anyone can open a door and show you a home or get an idea on how to sell your home, but then, the REAL work starts.
One of my greatest strengths is contract knowledge. It is probably the least thought about, but most important asset that your realtor can have. If a contract is negotiated or written poorly, it can turn a great situation into a nightmare. Conversely, it can keep a bad situation from ever happening.
How many realtors are home designers, movers, landscape architects, dog sitters, cat finders, house cleaners, siding and porch power washers, key makers and more? I have done all of this and much more. Honestly, I find it all joyful if it leads to my clients reaching their goals.
Maybe that is one of the reasons I have sold almost $50 million of real estate in my career. My license is with Coldwell Banker Select. My company name is BOSISTA LLC. It is an acronym meaning, “Big Or Small I Sell Them All”
I love my job because I really can fulfill people’s dreams. A home is usually the largest purchase we make. I want to be their guide in this important decision. I want to help them get the most from their investment when they sell. I am a referral-based realtor. I invest in many forms of advertising but repeat buyers and sellers are my bread and butter. I remain friends with my clients. Because at the end of the journey, we are friends.
Please call me at 918-361-4748 if you would like to buy, sell or explore opportunities in real estate. I would love to take that adventure with you and give you the best and most profitable experience you will ever have in real estate.

With twenty-four years of realtor experience, Shohreh made my first home-buying process simple and smooth. Start to finish, the purchase process took a little less than two months. I settled on the fifth home we toured. One of the most important things she told me, she said on day one: “Buying a home can be frustrating, but if you know that in advance, it’s not AS frustrating.” There were a number of bumps in the road with financing, all the forms to read and sign, and wire transfers. Shohreh was mellow and cool all the way through. It was clear this was not her first rodeo. She and the AMC mortgage team seamlessly worked together, constantly updating me on what I needed to do. Her communication and people skills are top-tire. I would love to work with her and the Tulsa Coldwell Banker team again in the future.
