He helped us negotiate a complicated transaction with the seller who was out of country while my family was travelling between states. During this flurry of activity he remained professional and informative. At closing we had a few hiccups during the wire transfer. While living in Germany, my family and I were in need of a realtor in the local area prior to our move back home.We contacted Patrick (who helped us sell our house previously), to see if he could assist in our buying a home upon our return and he was more than happy to help. He referred us to MLS listings that fit our criteria and once we narrowed down our search, he went to the residence(s) and checked them out for us. We were able to find one (while still in Germany), and upon Patrick's opinion, purchased the home.It was a great experience and I would use/recommend Patrick to anyone buying or selling a home!
