I highly recommend Carrie Foster for your real estate needs. Carrie helped my husband and I purchase our first home in May 2019. She was so helpful pointing out certain aspects of each home she showed us. She was quick to answer all our many questions and she comes with a bonus, her husband Sam. Sam was there on our inspection day and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and outs of a home, repairs, and structural aspect. I like to call them, "the dream team". We were so lucky to find Carrie and we cant thank her enough for all she did for us. Thanks to her we are homeowners today!!!

Not only did Carrie handle my first home purchase in Oklahoma (2012), but she also coordinated all closing procedures on that same property while I was in Maryland, moving into my new house(2019). Very patient and helpful with me. This was my first home purchase and she helped to guide me through the confusion and processes involved with buying a home. Several homes that we looked at were great fits but just not what we were looking for. Carrie always kept me in mind as properties would become available and we quickly secured the property that we were looking for.

My family and I relocated to the area from Texas. We knew nothing about the area and had a very short time frame to pick our new home. Carrie was able to adjust her schedule so we could maximize what little time we had. She was very attentive to our needs and helped is find the perfect location. She was there for us every step of the way, from looking at the first home to the day we finally moved in. Moving is never easy, but Carrie has a fun personality and helped us make a smooth transition to the Tulsa area.
